PHASE 1

THE BEGGINING 

The Real Virtual State Project (RVSP) will begin with a Pre-Sale of 10 individual NFTs corresponding to 5,000 square meters of the land delineated in blue in the accompanying image. The funds collected will be used to purchase the entire land area and simultaneously be used for the development of the project.

Phase 2

COMPLETED THE PRE-SALE SUCCESSFULLY

Therefore, the NFTs will be interdependent on each other, providing the corresponding title as owner or owners of the property. By acquiring an NFT, the owner(s) directly agree to cede total power to manage, represent, or transfer and sell their shares to the organizer Bravo Inversiones Inmobiliarias or any entity or company designated by Bravo Inversiones.

Phase 2

COMPLETED THE PRE-SALE SUCCESSFULLY

Once the Pre-Sale of the 10 NFTs has been successfully completed, the funds will be converted to Chilean currency and used to initiate the process of purchasing the land in the physical world, which will be acquired by the company Alboradas de Moncul, established in 2020.

Phase 2.1

LEGAL TERMS

The Purchase Agreement will be issued, which specifies that the company Alboradas de Moncul will acquire the property through this legal instrument, granting total power to Bravo Inversiones to proceed with any necessary legal actions.

Phase 2.2

LEGAL CLAUSE TO APPROVE THE BUY OF THE LAND

We will proceed with a study of the legal titles of the property, which will be carried out privately to rectify that the legal antecedents of the property are in compliance with the law.

Phase 2.3

REQUEST LOAN FROM THE BANK

An attempt will be made to use part of the funds from the Pre Sale to request a loan from the bank to carry on with the purchase of the property through a banking institution.

If we succeed in obtaining the loan from the bank, once we have the property under our ownership, the loan will be paid off.

Phase 2.4

Proceed with the buy of the land.

We will proceed with the acquisition of the property once the title study is approved, proceeding directly with the signing and registration of the land in the name of the Alboradas de Moncul Company.

Phase 3

REGISTER THE NFTs

Once the property is duly registered in the name of the Alboradas de Moncul company, a legal basis will be formalized in front of a notary (regulatory institution of legal documents in Chile) which will certify the existence of the NFT as part of the titles of the land. Explaining the characteristics of each NFT as participation in the rights of the land.

Phase BROKER

LOOKING FOR A NEW LAND TO AD TO RVS

Start searching for a new land to buy and then develop a new project to include it in RVS project.

Phase 4, 5 and 6

KEEP PUSHING FORWARD

We will submit a preliminary project to the corresponding municipality to request the division of the land and create a new subdivision that will subdivide the remaining 2-A-1 (marked in red) into plots of 5,000 m2. This will make it possible to obtain 16 new individual plots from the original piece of land.

Phase 4.1

DRAFT APPROVED

Once the Preliminary Draft Project is approved, the legal basis will be formalized, allowing for complete individualization of the constitution and sale of each NFT. This will convert them and make them 100% independent from each other since they would have their own unique identification number.

Phase 4.2

SWAP AND EVOLVE

Each NFT will evolve from having participation in an 80,000 M2 land to having a 100% participation in a 5,000 M2 subdivision with their own respective role that could eventually grant a considerable increase in surplus value for the development of the project.

Phase 5

DRAFT REJECTED

If the preliminary project is rejected by the corresponding municipality or regulatory entity, we will submit a new preliminary project with the necessary modifications, such as reducing the number of plots to be created and increasing the m2 per plot, in an attempt to obtain approval.

 

The quantity of resulting plots will be determined by the corresponding legal entity.

Phase 6

DENIED PROJECT

THE MOST LIKELY RESULT is that the project will be completely rejected without any option for subdivision or modifications, due to the new decree promulgated by the SAG, which prohibits the subdivision of new land in different sectors of Chile."

Phase 7

IMPROVE THE NFT

Only if Phase 6 becomes a reality, those who possess an RVS NFT will be awarded an additional 2,000 m2 of land for each NFT, thereby increasing their share and value by 40% automatically for each NFT.

Phase 4.1

INCORPORATE VR

We will proceed to create a three-dimensional (3D) topography of the land using VR technology, along with a drone, which will enable us to showcase the project and provide a better appreciation of the land by allowing for aerial movements.
